The Vision of One HP Gaming
Our main aim at One HP Gaming is to create a sustainable website where contributors and employees alike can feel safe, can get fair compensation for their hard work, and — of course — create a gaming community like no other.
We want to give our readers an awesome experience, one free of scummy ads and pop-up videos, and all of that fluff. One where our creators write out of passion and love of the game instead of trying to appease a board of executives that will ruthlessly cut jobs whenever times get a little tough.
We want to create a gaming community of like-minded people who work and play hard, but who also care about one another.
Finally, we want to set a better example. We want to show the world that gross excess is not required to live happy, sustainable lives. We want to be the example that companies can treat their employees like people, not numbers, and still flourish.
We are the change we want to see in the world.
But how will we even earn revenue?
I hear you. Other gaming websites show you these endless ads to make profits, profits with which they pay their employees. Therefore, I cannot fault them, but there has to be a better way.
We will rely on you, dear reader, and on generous donations to our Patreon in order to survive. In the future, we’ll offer various merchandise and also find other ways to earn revenue that don’t involve leaving our readers in the hands of advertisers.
Finally, we’re working on a tipping system where you can directly contribute to the well-being of your favorite writers on the website. All of these channels will hopefully give us the means to create the most legendary gaming community this world has ever seen.

No hate, only love
One thing to understand about One HP Gaming is that, while we may have some harsh words about boards and excessive lifestyles from time to time, there’s no hate. We’ll never call for a boycott of any kind. All people should be free to live as they choose.
We simply want to offer an alternative way that we feel is better. That’s the purpose of this website. Love, not hate. Peace, not war.
In fact, I fully intend to cooperate with other gaming sites whenever the opportunity arises. To call out other websites for good work. Because at the end of the day, these companies are filled with people just like me and you, who want to earn a living doing what they love.
